2024 marked the launch of our first 9-month Apprentice Program—a resounding success!

ThREE COHORTS. ONE GROWING SISTERHOOD.

Since beginning, 10 women have made the journey from apprentice to full-fledged Tropicaleiza company member! Through dance, drumming, storytelling, and mentorship, our program continues to empower women to discover their voices, deepen their artistry, and grow together.

THE APPRENTICESHIP EXPERIENCE

Each cohort brings its own unique journey, combining intensive training, artistic exploration, mentorship, and performance opportunities.

THE NEXT CHAPTER BEGINS JANUARY 2027!

Step into the world of Tropicaleiza, where rhythm becomes movement, stories come alive, and something magical happens when women create together. Through an immersive journey of dance, drumming, storytelling, and mentorship, our apprentices discover new dimensions of their artistry, push beyond what they thought possible. It's an invitation to discover your power, find your voice, while experiencing the bond of sisterhood.
