Tropicaleiza is growing!
We are looking for a Development + Partnerships Fellow to help expand the nonprofit side of Tropicaleiza Dance + Drum Co.

This role will support our mission of empowering women through dance, drumming, and storytelling by assisting with grant research, sponsorship development, community partnerships, and fundraising initiatives.

Work Exchange Opportunity
The selected fellow will receive an All-Inclusive Membership to SALT Studios, with access to a wide range of dance classes and training.

Estimated time commitment:
2–3 hours per week through August 2026.

This is a great opportunity for someone interested in nonprofit arts, fundraising, communications, or arts administration to gain hands-on experience.
